I’m an artist, educator, and full-spectrum doula committed to cultivating an environment for caregivers and parents to feel confident in their choices. I have a deep love for babies, children, and the community that holds them throughout their life. This work matters to me because we all deserve high-quality care that is holistic, empathetic, and equitable.
Whether you are a birthing parent, adoptive parent, struggling with fertility, or experiencing loss, you deserve to feel seen and heard. My goal is to support you mentally, physically, and spiritually by providing research-based resources, holistic remedies, and creative tools to process your journey.
-Nora Carroll, Full-Spectrum Doula
My doula work is rooted in presence, intuition, and deep listening—foundations that also shape my artistic practice. By weaving in creative processes like journaling, clients can gently process their experiences throughout fertility, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Thoughtfully designed prompts and reflective exercises create space to name fears, clarify desires, and honor the emotional shifts that come with this journey.
I also integrate yoga and breathwork as embodied tools for support and connection. These practices are offered with an emphasis on intuition and personal rhythm, inviting clients to tune into their bodies rather than follow rigid techniques. Breath becomes a steady anchor during labor and moments of overwhelm, while movement encourages strength, release, and agency. Together, these offerings create a holistic care experience where creativity is not an add-on, but a meaningful way to build resilience, presence, and trust.
